Law Enforcement Recruitment Program at PACO

A vision of PACO Board Chairman Frank Molina, a retired Jersey City Police officer, which understood the need to diversify law enforcement departments and create opportunity for the community.  Launching in the mid 90’s, this goal was accomplished by offering access to a no-cost test preparation course for the New Jersey law enforcement exam to 400 community participants. The success of the Law Enforcement Recruitment Program has been evident with the increase enrollment and more importantly the rise of minorities in various law enforcement departments for the past 20 years.
